RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for supporting hula & honey. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help the best we can. Please read our returns policy before you start your returns process

At Hula & Honey we do not offer full refunds on purchased items however if you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a store credit.

Shipping charges for all returns are to be paid and insured by the buyer. Hula & Honey are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned exchanged.
• To process a return, the item must be unused, in the same conditions in which you received it. This includes the tags and original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
